Occasionally, fulfillment can take up to 10 days due to high order volume, inventory restocks, warehouse closures, or other rare factors.   • During high-volume periods, items may be on backorder or pre-order. In that case, your items ship once the out-of-stock product becomes available. How do I start my return?
